Social Value Policy

We currently strive to benefit the local economy in several ways and as a business, we strongly believe in supporting local business and the local environment.

A high percentage of our team are employed from the local area, this includes our drivers, passenger assistants, office administration team & on site mechanics.

The services that we procure to support the company, such as fuel supply, off site maintenance, legal services and accountancy are all sourced within and as near to Luton as possible.

We are unable to employ drivers as apprentices due to the level of competence & experience required to carry out their duties to the high standard we expect but do employ & train apprentices in other areas such as clerical administration & general duties.

As an existing provider for several Local Authorities we have experience of operating more than one route for an authority, we ensure that we maximise the benefit to the local economy as we continually monitor our routes to check that they are operating to the maximum efficiency therefore offering a better service to the customer, reducing vehicle emission & the carbon footprint within our area.
